Last week, the Lender Toolkit team gathered for our most epic company summit yet, this time in sunny Orlando, Florida, right next door to Universal Studios’ brand-new Epic Universe park.
As a fully remote company, opportunities to connect face-to-face are rare, and each summit gives us the chance to do what we do best: collaborate, innovate, and have a ridiculously good time doing it.
Building the Future — Together
Over the course of the week, our teams came together to share ideas, plan upcoming initiatives, and brainstorm new ways to make mortgage automation even smarter. From leadership sessions to cross-department collaboration, the focus was clear: continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible for lenders using Encompass®, and have fun while we’re at it.
We also took advantage of the rare time together to update company headshots and group photos. With everyone looking sharp, it was the perfect chance to capture the energy and personality that make Lender Toolkit what it is: a team of innovators who don’t take themselves too seriously.
From the Boardroom to Epic Universe
Of course, it wouldn’t be a Lender Toolkit event without a little adventure. After wrapping up our sessions, we swapped laptops for theme-park passes and spent a day exploring Epic Universe Orlando, the newest addition to the Universal Studios family. Between roller coasters, butterbeer, and more than a few competitive arcade match-ups, it was the perfect reminder that a team that plays together, stays together.
Three Summits, One Toolkit
This marks our third in-person summit and our most memorable yet, and since 2021 we’ve more than doubled in size as a company.
