  • Brett Brumley, Managing Partner

    Brett Brumley is a technology enthusiast, and a proven mortgage leader. With more than 10 years of experience in mortgage banking, project management, and technology Brett brings his passion for the industry and unique ability to blend mortgages with the right technological solution. As the Managing Partner and a Sr. Systems Administrator, he has implemented custom projects for mortgage companies of all sizes, including many of the top 25 in the country.

  • Yvette Moeller-Bunker, Operations Manager

    Yvette has over 30 years’ experience in Business Management that includes customer service relations, business acquisition, office management, collection/ financial management, training, as well as HR. Yvette has worked across many business sectors from financial to manufacturing. Yvette is married with 3 children. When Wisconsin weather permits Yvette and her husband love riding their Harley.

  • Gary Roche-Bernard, Sr. Systems Administrator / Admin Team Lead

    Gary Roche-Bernard has over 25 years of experience in banking and mortgage operations, during that time working as a network and systems administrator. He was the Operations Manager for a new U.S. branch of a Dutch bank, has written database programs to track commercial real estate backed loan purchases, and developed custom applications to calculate and report mortgage originator commissions. Gary has been an Encompass admin since 2008. He has led Encompass conversions, been responsible for ongoing enhancements and maintenance, as well as user training. Gary recently became a Certified Encompass Administrator.

  • Tammi Alexander, Program Manager

    Tammi has over twenty-five years of experience in banking, lending, mortgage and the loan software industries. Beginning in the banking branch network working loan sales, transitioning to loan operations and then moving to IT to work strategic projects, Tammi quickly found her love for effecting organizational change through system implementations. Tammi’s experience with the implementation of loan origination and risk grading systems spans multiple channels including consumer, home equity commercial and mortgage lending. The past 7 years Tammi has focused on managing LOS projects working with multiple mortgage companies implementing Encompass®. Tammi enjoys partnering with clients to manage complex projects and work through the transition of system, process, and culture to achieve organizational goals and performance. As an avid hockey fan, Tammi and her family can be found at the rink on the weekends.

  • Brian Beaman, Sr. Systems Administrator

    Brian Beaman has been involved in Mortgage operations for over 13 years. Nearly all that time as an Encompass® Administrator. He has a passion for the Mortgage Industry and Encompass®. Having been on projects as small as writing a business rule to as large and migrating from self-hosted to Ellie Mae hosted Encompass®, he has deep experience with Encompass and how it works. He lives in Boise Idaho. His favorite past times are spending time with his kids, riding his motorcycle, and working on computer projects.

  • Daniel Dochstader, Sr. Systems Administrator

    Dan has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage and IT industries. He has worked in nearly every aspect of the mortgage process from processor to underwriter to post closing review analyst and finally as a mortgage system administrator. Dan has also earned his certification as a Certified Encompass® Developer, working with Progress OpenEdge, Microsoft Visual .NET and C# as well as developing reports in Crystal, MS Access and SQL reporting services.

  • Heidi V. Wlasiuk, Sr. Systems Administrator

    Heidi has 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She spent the early part of her career learning the mortgage process with no idea that one day she would be administering a Loan Origination System. Over the years Heidi has become passionate about Encompass® and has served as an Encompass® Administrator for mortgage companies large and small. Heidi has maintained her Certified Encompass® Administrator status since 2014. She has also presented various solutions at Ellie Mae Experience on three different occasions. Heidi looks forward to partnering with the clients of Lender Toolkit to do amazing things. Heidi lives in Hanover, PA “the snack capital of the world”. When she isn’t geeking out over Loan Origination Systems, Heidi enjoys spending time with her family and watching her kids play soccer.

  • Jennifer Parker, Sr. Systems Administrator

    Jenny is a Certified Encompass Admin, who began her career in the mortgage industry in 2012 after completing her degree in Economics from Portland State University. As an admin she has utilized her experience in both sales and operations to help leverage Encompass®. She has also has a passion and over 8 years of experience in training. Jenny believes that automation and appropriate Encompass® configurations are some of the most effective ways to improve user workflows and ensure compliance in the ever changing regulatory environment. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with operations management to plan, develop, deploy and support Encompass® based solutions. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, boating, skiing and surfing.

  • Liz Brown, Sr. Systems Administrator

    Liz Brown has worked in the mortgage industry since 2003, as a Processor, Branch Customer Service Representative, Project Manager, and Encompass Administrator. She is an Ellie Mae® Hall of Fame inductee for her part in the fastest Enterprise Client Implementation to date, launching an Enterprise Level Client with 2500 users onto Encompass in 90 days. Liz is an Ellie Mae® Certified Administrator.

  • Dianna Good, Systems Administrator

    As a Certified Encompass® Administrator since January, 2015, Dianna has earned Ellie Mae’s prestigious “Circle of Excellence” award for each of the past 5 years (2013 – 2018), the highest recognition possible for implementation consultants. Dianna has an accomplished financial services background including mortgage lending (Director of Operations at E-Loan, full commissioned Loan Officer), project management, business analysis, Branch Management and Application Management. She is known for her execution excellence and ability to bring people together from different backgrounds toward a common goal. Dianna has been in the financial services arena for more than 25 years and combines strategic thinking with an attention to detail that guides her clients to successful LOS implementations that are on time, in scope and within budget.

  • Kari Jo Clouse, Systems Administrator

    Kari is an Implementation Consultant and Certified Encompass® Administrator within the Professional Services Organization. With over 24 years experience as a mortgage business owner as well as roles within mortgage banking entities including underwriting, credit risk, compliance and operational management, she has valued insights in understanding the day to day operations of the mortgage industry. She enjoys creating efficient business processes and workflows to maximize the highest and best use of the Encompass® Platform. She brings her experience and enthusiasm directly into her projects which cultivates positive and trusting relationship with customers.

  • Skyler Fransko, Systems Administrator / Software Engineer

    Skyler began his career in the mortgage industry in 2017 and has a vast knowledge of Encompass®. He has a passion for coding with the Encompass® SDK/API and takes pride in his design skills when making Encompass® input forms and online web forms.

  • Tim Burgess, Systems Administrator

    Tim has over thirty years of experience in banking, lending and the mortgage industry. From his start during college working on consumer and home equity loans, he has handled a wide array of mortgage, commercial and consumer loan programs and processes, from origination through servicing. Seeing the increasing impact of technology in the industry, Tim shifted to work on mortgage software, first for an enterprise level firm supporting top-five firms, and then for Ellie Mae®. Building on that experience he has spent the last eight years designing and implementing customized Encompass solutions. He has a passion for adapting systems and software to the way that you want to do business, with Encompass becoming an integrated part of your information and accounting systems.

  • Mark Guthrie, Sr. Software Engineer

    Mark Guthrie has been building web applications and websites for almost 20 years. Leveraging the power of the cloud and the Encompass SDK/API’s, Mark has spent much of that time focused on building tools for the Mortgage Industry. Mark has built a variety of Encompass plugins and applications as well as the building of a powerful lead management and distribution engine that integrated with Encompass and several online lead providers, such as Zillow and Realtor.com.

  • Cole Bennington, Software Engineer

    Cole is a young and ambitious software professional new to the mortgage industry, joining less than a year ago. He graduated from Towson University and immediately started worked for a mortgage lender as a software developer specializing in .NET and the Encompass® API’s. When attending Towson University, he worked as a computer science tutor helping students in the department with their programming courses. In the family business, he worked as an assistant project manager alongside his father where they remodeled and designed homes. In his free time, Cole works on developing websites and marketing for his friends who make music.

  • Robert Westberg, Project Manager

    Robert has been involved in multiple technology implementations, specifically project managing in the LOS arena over the past 5 years. Robert’s 20+ years in the mortgage servicing as well as loan origination disciplines provides a wide base of knowledge for his clients and team members to benefit from. Robert’s true desire is to help families realize home ownership and has naturally gravitated towards LOS implementations with organizations that provide those services. Robert served in the Navy as a Nuclear Weapons Technician and currently resides in Chandler, AZ. As his Navy enlistment allowed him to travel around the world he still has a passion for travel abroad.

  • Sam Montoya, Project Manager

    Sam is a personal development junkie who loves technology and is inherently curious about the world around him. His passion lead him to working with some of the biggest companies across various sectors as a Consultant, Project Manager, and Product Manager. Sam has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry with 4 of them being focused around product/project management. Sam has done a large variety within the mortgage industry ranging from origination and processing to product development and selling pools on the secondary markets. Sam enjoys spending his free time studying personal development to enhance his potential and to help those around him.

  • Mike Beck

    Mike Beck, a United States Airforce Veteran, Technology, and Mortgage Services Professional, brings over 40 years of experience in supporting the mortgage industry. His journey started in the Airforce where Mike was a Cryptology Specialist. Upon reentering the civilian workforce, Mike worked in the microfilm industry with companies like IBM, 3M, Bell and Howell, and Dupont. Mike founded Del Mar Computer Corp in the early 1980s as the mortgage industry began to see the increased use of software to meet its needs. Mike collaborated with Contour Software for over 20 years before their purchase by Ellie Mae®, then joined Ellie Mae in 2001 as a Sales Consultant. Soon after, Del Mar Computer Corp became the first Ellie Mae Development Partner and had been satisfying Encompass® Clients with custom solutions, tools, and customizations for the past 18 years. As part of the Lender Toolkit® Family, consolidation and enhancement of prior work, plus exciting new solutions supporting the digital mortgage is Mike’s focus going forward.

  • Garrett White, Partner

    Garrett White is a highly effective entrepreneur and business leader with over thirty-five years of executive leadership in the financial services and mortgage industries. As a VP of Corporate Acquisitions & Planning he had full Profit and Loss responsibility for the non-commercial assets of Roland International, including condominium and single family home development, resort hotel operations, residential property management, and captive mortgage loan operations. Functioning as an independent agent, he established and implemented a full-service marketing system for use by developers of single and multifamily subdivisions. He also created and implemented the strategic plan that transformed a small regional mortgage company into the largest centrally operated independent mortgage broker in America, growing to five billion in annualized volume in 24 months. As Vice Chairman and Founder of LenderLive Network, LLC, Garrett also developed and implemented a business plan to operate as an e-commerce based business-to-business mortgage fulfillment service provider.
